key responsibilities:

• National Authorising Office -Jointly responsible for overall programme management
• EC Delegation to Tanzania -Jointly responsible for overall programme management
• Programme Steering Committee - governs the programme by monitoring its direction and supervising its management.
• Programme Coordinating Committee - provides guidance on programme management and represents the broader NSA constituency
• Programme Management & Facilitation Unit - responsible for management of programme budget and activities on a day to day basis.
